Shipping Policy
Keller International attempts to ship within 3 business days after your order is placed upon availability. Whenever possible, we will ship via UPS. Some products are too large or heavy for UPS and will require contracting a Freight Carrier. Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Ask for a quotation when you talk with the Sales Representative). Or we will contact with the shipping charge if you place your order online. The products you order are available from stock - please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery for UPS items. Trucking items please allow 4-10 business days
for delivery.
When the items you ordered appear "FREE S&H", the shipping is built into the price, and you will not be charged for shipping with your purchase. When the items you ordered appears "PLUS SHIPPING", the shipping is not built into our prices, therefore we will have to bill you the proper amount for the freight. The freight charges depend on where you are located and the weight of the merchandise. When you check out, the freight would not be included in the total amount. We will contact you as soon as possible with a freight quote. If you agree, we will then add the charge to your order. Because we ship large volumes of freight we pass our exact low costs on you. We will get you the best price! We charge no handling fee and pass on the exact shipping costs! Note: commercial delivery is the standard quote. If you need residential delivery, additional charges will be added. Inside delivery is not available for all shipments.
